Compressed air lances for any pipe diameter
CYM Materiales offers machines and accessories for internal pipe blasting by compressed air, covering from Ø3/4" to large diameters where centrifugal blast wheels are not applicable or not the most efficient solution. The machines use blast lances or heads inserted into the pipe interior, projecting abrasive by compressed air pressure with 360° coverage of the inner surface.
The TUB-I-AC line is designed for internal pipe blasting with manual or automatic blast head movement and pipe rotation, processing one or multiple pipes simultaneously. For blasting without pipe rotation, the CY-Tornado head projects abrasive in 360° by centrifugal action, eliminating the need to rotate the part.
For the automatic internal and external blasting of threads and couplings used in the oil industry, CYM Materiales offers special compressed air machines for surface preparation and shot peening. These machines simultaneously process the internal thread and the outer surface of the coupling, ensuring a uniform and controlled finish.
La línea TUB-I-AC está diseñada para el granallado interno de tubos con sistema de movimiento del cabezal manual o automático y rotación de tubos, procesando uno o múltiples tubos en simultáneo. Para el granallado sin rotación del tubo, el cabezal CY-Tornado proyecta el abrasivo en 360° mediante cabeza giratoria por acción centrífuga, eliminando la necesidad de girar la pieza.
Para el granallado interno y externo automático de roscas y cuplas de la industria del petróleo, CYM Materiales dispone de equipos especiales para preparación de superficie y shot peening. Estos equipos procesan simultáneamente la rosca interna y la superficie exterior de la cupla, garantizando un acabado uniforme y controlado.
