Continuous belt — texture and cleaning in automatic passage
CYM Materiales manufactures continuous belt shot blasting machines for the surface treatment of flat parts requiring automatic continuous-pass processing. Simple to operate and highly productive, they are used in a wide variety of industrial applications: natural stone tiles and slabs, brake pads, aluminium die-cast parts, and other components requiring controlled surface texture or surface preparation for coatings.
The CIN rubber belt line incorporates 1 or 2 upper blast wheels that blast one face at a time. Ideal for generating anti-slip texture or aged finish on marble, granite and concrete, and for selective one-face blasting of brake pads and similar components.
The MESH manganese steel mesh belt line incorporates upper and lower blast wheels that blast both faces simultaneously in a single pass. Available in configurations of 4 or 8 blast wheels depending on production volume and required cleanliness level. Especially suited for aluminium, zamac and light alloy die-cast parts requiring complete cleaning in high-volume continuous production.

CYM continuous belt machines are configured according to the part type and required process. The choice between rubber belt and steel mesh belt defines the blasting mode — one face or both faces simultaneously — and determines the industries and applications each line is best suited for.

CIN — RUBBER BELT
- One-face-at-a-time blasting with controlled surface texture
- Anti-slip or aged finish on marble, granite and concrete
- Selective blasting of the metal backing of brake pads

- Processing of delicate flat parts that cannot tumble

MESH — MANGANESE STEEL MESH BELT
- Simultaneous blasting of both faces in a single pass
- Complete cleaning of aluminium, zamac and light alloy die-cast parts
- Blasting of both backing and friction face of brake pads in a single cycle
- Surface preparation for painting, rubber and industrial coatings
- Available in configurations of 4 or 8 blast wheels depending on production volume
- Abrasive projected from lower blast wheels passes through the mesh reaching the underside
- High productivity in automatic continuous process without part handling
