Bulk shot blasting — the most versatile solution
CYM bulk-load shot blasting machines process large volumes of parts of varying sizes, shapes, and materials with high efficiency. Simple to operate and designed for high productivity at low operating cost.
The LT line (Tumblast Belt) processes parts on a rotating conveyor belt that continuously tumbles the batch, exposing all faces of each part to the blast wheel stream and achieving uniform coverage. Available in 1 and 2 blast wheel models, with batch capacities from 20 to 600 liters, and rubber or steel belt options.
The LT-TAM line (Rotary Drum) is specifically designed for very small diameter parts — from 3 mm — such as bolts, screws, taps, and fasteners in general. The drum guarantees complete coverage without damaging delicate-geometry parts.
