Rotary table and satellites — precision on every part
CYM Materiales offers a wide range of rotary table and rotary satellite shot blasting machines for the surface treatment of parts that cannot be processed in bulk-load equipment or continuous-pass machines. Each line is designed to match the part type, required process, and the customer's production volume.
The MAP line (Rotary Table) positions parts on a rotating table in front of the blast wheel, ensuring uniform coverage across the entire surface. Available in diameters of 600, 1000 and 1600 mm (24", 39" and 63"), it is ideal for medium and large parts requiring individual processing with minimal handling.
The SAT line (Rotary Satellites) incorporates a central indexing mechanism that precisely positions multiple satellites in front of the blast wheel stream or compressed air nozzles. Modular configuration from 2 to 18 satellites, with optional automatic loading and unloading robots for integration into fully automated manufacturing cells.
MAP and SAT-TR machines are used in two main application groups: cleaning and surface preparation of castings, industrial molds, water heaters, LPG cylinders, and aluminium and non-ferrous metal components, and shot peening with controlled Almen parameters on gears, ring gears, clutch discs and automotive and industrial transmission components.

CYM Materiales MAP and SAT machines are used in a wide variety of industrial processes for the treatment of parts requiring precise and controlled abrasive exposure. A single line can combine cleaning, surface preparation and shot peening processes depending on the machine configuration.
CLEANING AND SURFACE PREPARATION PROCESSES
