APK line
Bending of angles, tubes, beams and structural profiles
The section bending machines supplied by CYM Materiales bend angles, T-sections, flats, tubes, U-channels and H/I beams in structural steel. Manufactured by AKyapak (APK series), they feature a welded St-52 steel body, three hydraulic-motor-driven rolls, and side guide rolls adjustable in three directions to minimize section deformation during bending.
The two bottom rolls move hydraulically and independently, allowing pre-bending of both ends of the profile without removing it from the machine. The series ranges from compact 0.75 kW machines for mid-size shops to 160 kW lines capable of bending HEB 1000 beams the hard way and tubes up to Ø 610 mm (24") — one of the highest bending moments available in this category worldwide.
