At CYM Materiales we design and manufacture the equipment needed to set up Periodic Requalification Centers for CNG (Compressed Natural Gas), NGV (Natural Gas Vehicle) and air-gas cylinders, from small facilities to high-production plants.
We offer the complete equipment line for each stage of the process: gas venting, blasting and surface cleaning, inspection, hydrostatic testing by volumetric expansion, vertical painting and marking. All equipment is designed to comply with the regulations of each country's vehicle technical inspection bodies, being robust, reliable and compact.
We also offer a complete range of blast machines for the manufacture and requalification of LPG, CNG and air-gas cylinders in continuous or batch processes, adapted to different production volumes and cylinder types. If your process requires a special solution, our Engineering and Sales team develops custom configurations adapted to each technical and regulatory requirement.
