Industrial cartridge dust collectors

CYM Materiales manufactures cartridge dust collectors to capture the fine particles generated by blast cleaning, cutting and welding. A correctly sized dust collection system maintains negative pressure inside the blast room, reduces equipment wear and abrasive consumption, and lowers the risk of fire and explosion from combustible dust accumulation: pollution control and anti-explosion safety are one and the same decision.

The cartridge filter retains particles down to 0.5 µm at 99.9% efficiency — superior to bag filters — in a compact design that cleans by compressed-air pulse jets and allows continuous 24-hour operation. The fixed line is available in two configurations: the CART-H with horizontal cartridges and a downflow air pattern, allowing filter replacement from the outside without exposing the operator to the dirty air chamber; and the CART-V with vertical cartridges, where gravity aids dust shedding during pulse-jet cleaning and reduces residual dust loading on the cartridge.
