Short straight blast nozzles

CYM short straight blast nozzles feature a tungsten carbide or boron carbide core with aluminium outer protector. Unlike long venturi nozzles, short straight nozzles have a straight central bore and 19 mm (3/4") fine thread, making them ideal for delicate blasting work with smaller capacity blast pots. All models include a rubber washer for fitting to the nozzle coupling.

• Always inspect the internal core before use — do not use cracked or fractured nozzles or expose them to impact, which can cause internal damage without visible signs
• Replace the nozzle when the core orifice has worn to the equivalent of the next larger model size
• Use hoses made from virgin abrasion-resistant rubber with built-in static dissipator, sized correctly for the process
• Keep the hose as straight as possible — avoid sharp bends, kinks or restrictions that reduce abrasive flow
• Always wear full protective equipment — never expose any part of the body to the direct abrasive blast
