Satellites shot blasting machine

The CYM Materiales SAT-TR line rotary satellite shot blast machine with centrifugal blast wheels is designed for cleaning and surface preparation of parts in high-volume serial production. The central indexing mechanism positions each satellite precisely in front of the blast wheel stream, ensuring uniform coverage and process repeatability on every cycle.

Unlike the MAP rotary table, the satellite system enables simultaneous processing on multiple satellites — loading and unloading one satellite while another is being blasted — eliminating downtime between cycles. Available in configurations of 2 to 6 satellites with optional automatic loading robots for integration into manufacturing cells.
