Continuous LPG/CNG cylinder blast machine

CYM Materiales CAB-TUN-GAR continuous pass-through shot blasting tunnel for in-line blasting of LPG and CNG cylinders up to 45 kg. Cylinders travel suspended on an overhead chain conveyor through the blast tunnel, where multiple blast wheels automatically blast the exterior surface continuously. The system of 2 or 3 blast wheels, with power and output variable per project, ensures complete coverage of the cylinder in a single pass. High-productivity solution for LPG filling companies and distributors with large cylinder volumes in periodic inspection that require high production rates with minimal manual intervention.
