Raw material and simple structure shot blasting in continuous pass
Automatic continuous-pass shot blast machine designed for surface treatment of raw material and simple welded structures. Parts advance on rollers through the blast chamber, equipped with 4 centrifugal blast wheels arranged in inclined position, generating multidirectional impact on the part and achieving uniform coverage on compound cross-section geometries.
- Suitable for processing raw material and simple welded structures, spools and compound cross-section profiles in a single machine.
- 4 blast wheels in inclined position for multidirectional impact on geometries that 90° configurations cannot reach efficiently.
- Roller conveyor for parts resting directly on rollers or mounted on support fixtures.
- Adjustable conveyor speed and scalable power output to match production requirements.
- Integrable with structural fabrication lines and surface preparation prior to painting or coating.
