Raw material shot blasting in continuous pass
Automatic continuous-pass shot blast machine designed for pre-blasting of structural raw material: profiles, tubes and bars. Parts advance on rollers through the blast chamber, equipped with 4 centrifugal blast wheels positioned at 90° to the travel path. This configuration maximizes process speed with minimum installed power.
- Suitable for raw material pre-blasting: H, L, U, double-T profiles, tubes and bars of various sections.
- 4 blast wheels at 90° for maximum process speed and minimum operating cost.
- Configurable-length roller conveyor, adaptable to each plant's production rate.
- Adjustable feed speed according to base material and required blast quality.
- Low investment and maintenance cost solution for high-cadence raw material lines.
