Integration with automatic painting lines in suspended load
Automatic continuous-pass shot blast machine for surface treatment of welded structures and fabricated assemblies in suspended load. Parts advance hanging from hooks through the blast chamber, equipped with 8, 12 or 16 centrifugal blast wheels —depending on model and part size— arranged at variable angles for complete coverage with no shadow zones.
- Designed for complex welded structures transported in suspended load, directly integrable with automatic painting lines.
- Eliminates the need to re-handle parts between blasting and painting, reducing handling steps and process time.
- Complete coverage with no shadow zones thanks to multiple blast wheels at variable angles around the blast chamber.
- Adjustable conveyor speed and scalable power output to match production requirements.
- Compatible with existing Power & Free overhead conveyor systems in plants with continuous in-line painting processes.
